Introduction

I have to admit that this has kind of a high calorie count, but if you don't mind that....You'll see that they are delicious!!! You can modify some of the ingredients to make it lower fat such as: replace oil with applesauce, replace all purpose flour with whole wheat, and use all natural or low calorie peanut butter. Ingredients

    1.5 TBS Oil
    3TBS Water
    1/4TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
    2TBS UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER
    3TBS SUGAR
    3TBS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
    *1TBS PEANUT BUTTER (OPTIONAL)

Directions

In a microwaveable cup mix the water, oil, and vanilla together. Then mix the unsweetened cocoa powder in. Next add the sugar and flour and mix well. Finally, add in the peanut butter (optional).
Microwave for around 65 to 85 seconds in the microwave.
This recipe is a single serving. It is quite filling and could be considered two servings.
