Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This is a favorite at our house. Sometimes I vary the beans depending on what is in the cupboard. The lentils add fiber as well as nutritional value. I find it very satisfying
I loved it; so did my fiance! I had never made chili before, but this was delicious. Instead of 2 (28 oz.) cans low sodium tomatoes in puree, chopped & 1 (6 oz. can) low sodium tomato paste, I used 1 1/2 cups of diced tomatoes & 2 small cans of tomato sauce. I also used 3 cubes of beef bouillon.
Just had some reheated that was frozen from the Super Bowl. I added some XXX Habenero and a few low sodium crackers for a tasty meal.
