Really good. I found that the wild rice takes longer to cook, so next time I will give it a head start instead of adding the wild rice and barley to the water at the same time. I added thyme and salt to the finished product. yum!
Filling but sort of bland. Then again I used low-sodium beans and sauteed in EVOO instead of marge.
