Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I left out the red pepper flakes and added a stick of celery with the onion & carrot. I also added a diced yellow zucchini. I really enjoyed this and the calories were within my range.
I see cauliflauer is listed on the nutritional info but I don't see it in the ingredient list for the recipe. Anyone know how much cauliflauer to add?
