Not the healthiest meal in the world, but my family loves them - so I make them once a month.

Use left over London Broil and make a sandwich spread that is finger lickin good

I have been wanting to make something like this for a while. I'm glad now I have a basic idea. I just need to tweek the flavor parts. My husband thought it was a bit salty. I suppose with the meat and cheeses, it could be. Have fun knowing you don't have to go to a greasy spoon to get a cheese steak!

This is the one that you skip other meals for and eat two servings!!!

Inspired by a menu item at Rigoletto Italian Bakery & Cafe, these sandwiches are piles of paper-thin marinated steak, Provolone, caramelized onions and wilted spinach all on a porous roll to sop up the juices.

Steak sandwiches meet fajitas in this quick and easy meal!

This sandwich is very yummy!
Look for a thin cut of steak. Ask your butcher for a sandwich steak! I lucked out the last couple of times and use rib eye. Any cut would do so long as it is about 1/2 inch thick or under.
For this recipe calorie count mine was .35 of an ounce.

Next day flank steak lovin' from last nights dinner.
