Ingredients

    1 lemon, halved
    2 Tbs. white wine (optional)
    2 portions tuna steak (about 12 oz)
    1 tsp blackened redfish seasoning
    2 whole-wheat buns, split
    2 lettuce leaves
    2 tomato slices

Directions

1. in lg. ziplock bag combine lemon juice & white wine. Add tuna. Place in refrig. for 15 min to marinate
2. remove tuna from marinade & sprinkle both sides with blackened redfish seasoning.
3. lightly coat a skillet w/cooking spray & place over high heat. When skillet is really hot, add teh tuna steaks & sear for 2 minutes. Turn & reduce heat to low, cover w/foil & cook approx. 5 min for rare or 7 min for med.
4. place tuna steaks on whole-wheat rolls w/lettuce & tomato.
