Introduction

This sandwich is very yummy!
Look for a thin cut of steak. Ask your butcher for a sandwich steak! I lucked out the last couple of times and use rib eye. Any cut would do so long as it is about 1/2 inch thick or under.
For this recipe calorie count mine was .35 of an ounce.

Ingredients

    1 Thinly cut sandwich steak.
    2 Slices Rye Break
    1 Slice of Swiss Cheese
    1/2 tblsp of Light Mayo
    1/2 tblsp A1 Steak Sauce

Directions

Season steak to your taste.
Broil a few minutes until done. Top
with swiss cheese slice.
Toast or grill rye bread
Spread the mayo and A1 sauce
on the toast... Enjoy!!

You can add grilled onions, for a kicker!
