Directions
1- Cut 3 onions lengthwise and sautee in butter until golden, set aside.
2- Cut 1 green and 1 red bell pepper into medium strip sautee until soft, set aside.
3- Drain 1 can of sliced mushrooms and sautee until a slight change in the color, set aside
4- Season 6 pieces of sirloin with the Montreal Steak Seasoning, sear in butter, and set aside.
5- Dissolve the Maggi beef bouillon in hot water.
6- Prepare a light brown roux with the flour and an equal amount of butter.
7- Add the broth to the roux and stir continuously.
8- Add a heaped teaspoon of Dijon Mustard to the broth, stir until it is dissolved.
9- Bring the broth to a boil, add the steak, onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms, and cook for 7 minutes.
10- Heat oven on 200C for 10 minutes.
11- Divide the mixture between 8 white rolls.
12- Add shredded Mozzarella on top of each roll.
13- Put in oven for 5 minutes, or until cheese melts.
