VERSITILE... We alos cut the calories by eating this in high-fibre pita pockets. I treated this as a stir-fry - sauted the meat as instructed, added the vegetables for 5 minutes longer and I then halved the broth and cornstarch amounts, leaving everything else the same. It had lots of 'kick' - YUM! - 1/22/08

We really liked this recipe. We added some mushrooms and sweet red pepper. I think I would add fresh ginger instead of ground. I would also add some water chestnuts to add more texture. Very good recipe! - 1/18/09

I made this last night but added mushrooms to the mix. It was very good. I also added a few pepper flakes to heat it up just a bit. My husband also like it and he is a picky eater! - 2/2/08

I used chicken instead of the beef and chicken broth. It was wonderful..I am definatly going to make it again. It was as good as takeout, but I know what what went in it. - 4/15/07
