  • This was so easy and delicious! I didn't have time for a marinade so I simply poured it over pork and simmered on low until cooked. Since I have to feed a large family, I quadrupled the sauce recipe and added a 1/4 cup of water. Great! - 10/29/09

  • Delicious! I omitted the salt & dice onion and added Adobo Seasoning & Chili Powder. Pan fried them until brown in little bit of oil. Covered Lid on 2nd side of Chops to let the juices thicken and served w/sofritos & Sason brown rice. Mix in Stringbeans w/pork chop juice & serve w/meal. Yummy! - 4/6/08

  • I tried these they were really good. I served them with brown rice and grilled mushrooms and onions with lite soy sauce. I also added a Tablespoon of honey to the marinade to make it a little sweeter - 2/12/08
