Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 pork chops - center cut (thin sliced)
    2 tbsp lite soy sauce
    .5 tsp garlic powder
    .5 tsp ginger
    dash of salt
    .5 tsp black pepper
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1 tbsp diced oniion

Directions

Mix ingredients into a bowl.
Put pork chops in a bag.
Pour mixture over pork chops.
Marinate 2-24 hours in fridge, turning bag from time to time.
Discard marinade and drain meat.
Grill 12-15 minutes on medium heat or until desired doneness.

    Excellent! I used powdered ginger and crushed cloves of garlic. I forgot to put the onion in but didn't change anything else. I could see this as good marinate for grilled chicken as well. This marinade is a keeper!

    These are delicious and easy! I used thicker pork chops and only ate half. I mixed them in rice noodles and it was so good!!! - 4/16/12

    SUPER easy, and so so so good. i added a little bit of lemon juice to the marinade, and threw it on the grill. it was like eating steak. YUM. will be making this again for sure. THANKS!! - 10/10/10
