Chilli chicken curry

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1Ginger Root, 1 tsp Garlic, 2 cloves (Cumin seed, 1 tsp Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp Cayenne pepper, 0.5 tsp Chopped tomatoe tinned, 227 gram(s) Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 350 grams Chicken Breast, no skin, 500 grams Garam Masala, 1 tsp
Directions
Blitz the onion, ginger and garlic in a food processor with one tablespoon of water until smooth. Fry the cumin seeds in oil for few seconds. Stir in the onion puree and brown over a medium heat adding a splash of water i fit starts to catch.
Sprinkle in the the turmeric and cayenne pepper, add the tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Stir in the potatoes and 250 ml hot water, then cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the chicken and garam masala and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Season with salt. Tip into bowl, serve with the rice.
