Weight Watchers Pineapple Icebox Cake (corrected)

Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mixEgg Beaters (equal to 2 eggs)1 1/3 c water1 small box vanilla pudding mix (FF, SF)2 c skim milk20 oz can crushed pineapple8 oz FF cool-whip
Directions
Mix cake mix, egg beaters and water together on medium for 2 minutes. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Use end of wooden spoon to poke 48 holes all over cake.
Mix pudding mix and milk together. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
Separate juice from pineapple. Pour juice over cake. Add pineapple to pudding. Spread on top of the cake. Put a layer of Cool-Whip on top.
