Ingredients
12 hard boiled large eggs6 raw large eggs1/2 cup Locatelli Percorino Romano Cheese16 oz mozzarella cheese1 stick pepperoni1 stick Italian dried sausage or even better if you have Sopressata in your areasalt/pepper to tastepizza dough x 2
Directions
An Easter tradition in my Italian family. We literally make this only at Easter time and look forward to it every year. The recipe varies from region to region. This is a combination of Sicily, Rome, and Naples.

- Chop hard boiled eggs.
- Cube mozzarella cheese.
- Chunk pepperoni and dried sausage/sopressata
- Combine in large bowl.
- Add Locatelli.
- Add raw eggs.
- Add s and p to taste
- Stuff in pizza dough (it should resemble a stromboli) making certain to seal all seams.
- Egg wash your stuffed dough.
- Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
