Hot Bacon Dressing

Ingredients
1 lb. bacon, fried and grease reserved2 c. cider vinegar2 c. water2 T. salt2 t. pepper2 c. SplendaFlour as needed to thicken
Directions
Fry bacon in order to render grease. Remove bacon and leave grease in pan and add vinegar, water, salt, pepper and Splenda. Bring to boil.

If desired, take flour, one tablespoon at a time, and mix with some of dressing mix. Whisk into dressing. Continue process until desired thickness.

Makes 32, 1/8 cup servings.
