13 bean soup with sausage

Ingredients
1 package smoked sausage little smokies2c dry 13 bean soup mix2 beef bouillon cubes1 veggie bouillon cube1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder
Directions
Rinse beans and place in crock-pot and cover with water about 2 inches higher then the beans. Let soak for 1 hour.

Add bouillon cubes, garlic, and onion powder to beans and set crock-pot on high for about 2 hours or until largest bean becomes tender.

Add sausage and let cook on high additional 20-30 mins.

Makes Approximately 8, 1cup servings

Soup can be left to simmer longer if desired and does well if set on low and allow to simmer all day!

If you half the recipe and cut down part of the water if you puree the soup it makes a really great dip for chips!
