Creamy Cole Slaw by Bobby Flay, version 2

Ingredients
10 C green cabbage, finely shredded1/2 C carrots, finely shredded5 T plain yogurt5 T best-quality mayonnaise1/4 C onion, minced2 T sugar, or to taste2 T white vinegar1 T dry mustard2 tsp. celery saltKosher saltFreshly ground black pepper
Directions
Combine the shredded cabbage and carrots in a large bowl. Whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, onion, sugar, vinegar, mustard, celery salt, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl, and then add to the cabbage mixture. Mix well to combine and taste for seasoning; add more salt, pepper, or sugar if desired.
