Chili w/grassfed beef, beans, quinoa

Ingredients
organic black beans- 1 canorganic kidney beans- 1 cantomato paste- 1 6oz canorganic quinoa- 1/2 cupgrassfed beef- 1lbchili mix- 1 packetwater- 2 cups
Directions
make sure to rinse beef after browning in order to further lower the fat content.

I usually toss all of this into a crock pot (after browning meat separately) and leave it on the warm setting for a couple of hours.
