2 cans Campbells Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup1 c skim milk1 c reduced fat shredded cheddar2 oz grated parmesan cheese5 lbs idaho potatoes, peeled and sliced thin2 c chopped ham
Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients and put into greased 13x9 pan and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hr and 15 minutes, then test with a fork to see if potatoes are done.
