Ingredients
cabbage-1/2-gratedcarrots-3 big-grated1 zuchinni,grated coconutdried red chilly-2a tsp of black mustardspices-turmeric-1 tspcumin powder 1 tspchilly powder-1 tsp.
Directions
Prepare all veggies and then pop mustard ,dried chillies and curry leaves-5or 6-and then sautee in olive oil-1 tbsp.Once the veggies are 3/4 cooked ,add grated coconut,turmeric.and cumin powder.,chilly powder and salt to taste.
