Ingredients
1 Tbs olive oil1 onion chopped1 can spinach1 cup edamame shelled1 can kidney beans1 can black beans1 onion bullion cube crushed2 cups water1 tsp oregano1 tsp cuminsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
in pot add oil & onions to saute for about 5 mins
dump all canned items in strainer & rinse well
when onions are done add all remaining items
bring to boil ~ cover & simmer 20 - 30 mins
