3 eggs1 1/2 english muffins, Chopped to bite size pieces1/2 c. ham, chopped1/2 c. sausage, cooked & crumbed1/4 c. feta cheese1/4 c.mozzerola cheese1 c. pineapple, fine chunks1/2 c. marinara sauce1 tps. italian spiceno stick spray
Spray griddle VERY WELL. HEAT GRIDDLE TO JUST SMOKEING. In a dish mix english muffins, pineapple, sausage, ham, italian spice and eggs. Mix well and lay on HOT griddle spreading out as you lay. Once egg starts to congel stir with a fork breaking mixture up. Add marinara sauce and mix again. Continue stiring until all is hot and eggs are cooked through then add cheese and stir again.
Chicken, cooked, maybe added in place of ham & sausage.
Also add raw vegy's for crunch and stretch for more servings.
