Dad's Bran Loaf

Ingredients
2 cups White Flour2 cups Bran *1/2 cup White Flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda2 tsp cinnamon1/4 cup sugar1 tsp salt1 cup dried fruit, seeds or nuts2 cups sour milk1/2 tbsp oil*can mix bran, oatbran, oatmeal, etc to make up 2 cups.
Directions
Sour a cup of milk with 1 TBSP lemon juice. Add wet ingredients to dry and bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
