Parsnips, .75 cup slices *Pine Nuts, .5 tbsp (approx 2 tsp)Macadamia Nuts, .5 oz (4-6kernels) *Miso Master Organic Red Miso, .5 tbsp Sesame Oil, 1.5 tsp Green onion chopped for garnish

add all ingredients into food processor and pulse until fluffy and 'rice' like.
