Chicken and Sweet Potato Stew

Ingredients
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into bite size pieces.2 Med. Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cubed2 Med. Yukon Gold Potatoes, Peeled and cubed2 Med. Carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch slices1 Can (28 Oz.) Whole Stewed Tomatoes1 Tsp Salt1 Tsp Paprika1 Tsp Celery Seed1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper1/8 Tsp Ground Cinnamon1/8 Tsp Ground Nutmeg1 Cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth1/4 Cup Basil Leaves, chopped
Directions
1. Combine Chicken, Potatoes, Carrots, Tomatoes, all spices (except Basil Leaves), and Broth in the Crock Pot.
2. Cover, Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 Hours.
3. Sprinkle with Basil Leaves just before serving.
