Ramen Noodle Salad

Ingredients

1 pkg coleslaw1 pkg sunflower seeds1/2 c sugar2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar1 pkg. chicken flavored ramen noodlesgreen onions (3-4)slivered almonds3/4 c. corn oil1 tsp peppersoy sauce to taste
Saute almonds and sunflower seeds in butter.
Mix together sugar, ramen flavor packet, pepper, red wine vinegar and oil in separate bowl.
Chop green onions and add to coleslaw.
Add nut mixture to coleslaw.
Drizzle dessing mixture over coleslaw and mix.
Crumble ramen noodles over top and mix.
Add soy to taste.
*I usually just add the soy to the dressing as I make it.
*I'll also add shredded carrots (1/4 cup?).
*You can also use a head of cabbage - if you do this, double the sauce and possibly add more noodles.
