Salsa and Cheddar Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
* Egg, fresh, 3 large * Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded * Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, .75 cup * Sour Cream, reduced fat, .25 cup * Salsa, .5 cup
Directions
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees. Grease 9 inch pie plate. Spread salsa in bottom of dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk and sour cream until smooth. Pour mixture over the top of the cheese and salsa. Bake for 45 minutes or until slightly golden on the top, and a knife insterted in the center comes out clean.
