Meat & Potato - Loaf

Ingredients
Directions
1/2 lb ground bison (or very lean beef)1/2 lb shreaded potato1/4 cup ketchup1 large egg1 tsp onion powder
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl (I use my hands).
Place a sheet of foil on a cookie sheet, turn up the sides to catch any drippings.
Place meat mixture onto foil, shape into a loaf shape, but flatter (faster cooking time).
Put in the oven for 30 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
