8 cups of water½ of cup of dry lentils2 cups of chopped tomatoe2 cups of carrots2 cups of celery1 cup of chopped onion1 cup of potatoe2 tsp of chicken bouillon
In a large pot add water & letils cook intil soft mix together tomato , onion, carrots, celery, potato, cilantro & chicken bouillon, Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook 25 min.
