Cole Slaw

Ingredients
slaw:6 oz of broccoli slaw1/4 cup of diced red oniondressing:1 TBSP red wine vinegar2 TBSP honey mustard2 TBSP EVOO
Directions
Combine the broccoli slaw and red onion.

In a separate bowl, mix red wine vinegar and honey mustard. Whisk in the EVOO until the dressing is emulsified or blended. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour over the broccoli slaw and red onion mixture. Mix well to coat.
