Tandoori Chicken á la Simon

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp white wine vinegar3 tsp tandoori seasoning powder3 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
Directions
Combine oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and tandoori seasoning in a medium bowl and mix well. Toss chicken breast well to coat entirely, cover bowl, and put in fridge to marinate for at least one hour (preferably two hours). Cook on barbecue, approximately 15 minutes total. Serve with rice and grilled vegetables. Top with a dollop of plain yogurt if desired (add 15 calories).
