That's how delicious this burger turns out.To assemble the burger:1 large bun with sesame seeds on the top. (Don't worry about the size. ; ) Make sure it's at room temperature.1 little bit less than you normally use of light mayo1 little bit less than you normally use of ketchupMustard1 or more thin fresh-tomato slices1 or more thin raw onion slices.5 cups of lettuce, AT LEAST, or a couple of large leaves.
Directions
It makes 1 delicious and nutritious burger.

1. Make sure the lettuce, onion, tomato, and hands of all the participants are washed.

2. Get all your ingredients ready and handy
.
3. Shred the lettuce if you want a huge burger, or just keep the leaves in one piece for a flatter burger.

5. Slice the tomato and the onion real thin

6. Put the iron skillet on the heat or light the barbecue and set it at medium-high heat.

7. Get your child to put the baseball-ball-sized chunk of ground beef in the center of one of the mats or Ziploc bags and cover it with the other mat or Ziploc bag.

8. Press using the tortilla press or use your hands to obtain a patty as thin as possible without it breaking. (You can trade places with your child if desired.) More or less, the minimum patty thickness that works is 1/4" or 3 mm.

9. Lift the top mat or Ziploc bag with one hand, and flip the patty on the palm of your other hand. Keep the fingers together for a better result.

10. Lift the other mat or Ziploc bag. If the bag or mat comes out without breaking the patty, you guys did a good job. If not, just try again.

11. Sprinkle onion flakes, dried garlic powder, and add some salt if you still think you can't live without salt.

12. Drop the beef patty carefully on the skillet or barbecue with the condiments side down. If it doesn't break, you did a good job. If it breaks, just put it together using a spatula, not your hands, without taking it off the skillet or grill.

13. Add condiments to the top of the patty.

14. When the top of the patty is almost cooked, flip the burger.
(While this happens, you can be making another patty).

15. After a two or three minutes depending on your stove or barbecue, the patty is cooked. Transfer it to a plate.

16. Now, spread mayo on the bun.

17. Place the cooked burger patty on the bottom part of the bun.

18. Cover the surface of the patty with thin tomato slices.

19. Add onion slices to taste.

20 . Top it with at least .5 cups of shredded lettuce or two leaves of lettuce.

21. Add mustard and mayo.

Open wide and enjoy!
