3 egg omelet with mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and cheese

Ingredients
3 eggs.25 cup fresh tomatoes.5 cup fresh mushrooms.25 cup of onions.25 cup 2%milk1 slice of American cheesePam cooking spray (.5 seconds)
Directions
spran pan and saute all veggies. While they are cooking, beat eggs and milk with a fork in bowl. Pour into pan cover veggie mixture. add on slice of cheese and fold omelet in half.
