Tofu Stir Fry with Red Curry Sauce

Ingredients
1 tbsp canola oil1/2 tbsp sesame oil1 block (14oz) firm tofu, cubed1 bag (16 oz) Oriental stir fry frozen mixed vegetables1 medium onion, chopped6 ounces sliced mushrooms1 cup of Trader Joe's Thai Red Curry Sauce
Directions
1. Heat oils in pan. Add tofu and brown slightly.
2. Add onions and mushrooms and cook until they start to soften
3. Add frozen vegetables and cook until heated through
4. Top with curry sauce and heat.
5. Serve over rice or noodles
