Johnny O's Strawberry Topping

Ingredients
Strawberries 3 cupsSplenda 1/3 cup Cornstarch 1 tbsp
Directions
Puree 3 cups of strawberries in a food processor. ( Will yield about 1.75 cups of puree) Strain the puree to remove the seeds. Put the splenda and cornstarch in a pan and add the puree. Mix and heat until thick and bubbling. Put in fridge to cool for at least an hour.
