BERTA'S LOW SODIUM, LOW FAT MEATLOAF

Ingredients
1# 96/4 lean ground beef1/2# ground turkey (made into sausage)3/4 c old fashioned oatmeal1/4 c finely chopped raw onion (or dried)3/8 t black pepper1 c V8 juice, low sodium 1 large egg
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Pack into a loaf pan 8x4x4 sprayed with Pam. Bake @ 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
