Ingredients
1 pkg graham crackers (usually 4-8 packages per box)1 pkg unsweetened koolaid1 cup sugar1 can evaporated milk (not sweetened kind)------For lemonade pie you can make it look nicer by topping the pie with fresh berries or lemon slices.
Directions
Pour the can of evaporated milk into a glass mixing bowl. (It needs to be glass to hold the cold as long as possible.) Place in the freezer until a frozen crust forms around the edge, usually 20 min or so.
While this is freezing, crush 1 pkg graham crackers, this serves as the crust. Pat flat in bottom of ungreased pie tin.
Whip the partially frozen milk as you slowly add the cup of sugar. Then add the unsweetened koolaid packet. (any flavor, I really like lemonade) the mixture will be a fluffy consistency. Pour into pie tin and freeze til it is solid enough to be cut by a knife. (about 2-3 hrs) Enjoy!
