Mom's Best Traditional Meat Lasagna

Ingredients
1 Lb Hamburger - brown then add:1 clove garlic1 1/2 tsp salt1 tbsp basil1 1 lb can tomatoes2 6 oz cans tomato paste6 lasagna noodles2 eggs - beaten 2 tbsp parsley3 cups Ricotta1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano1 lb mozzarella cheese, slice thinly
Directions
boil water for lasagna noodles

brown hamburgers in large frying pan then add next 5 ingredients - simmer for 30 minutes

cook and drain 6 lasagna noodles as the meat sauce cooks

combine eggs, parsley, ricotta, salt pepper and Parmesan

in 13 X 9 pan spoon a little sauce onto the bottom of the pan

then layer 1/2 noodles (3)
1/2 ricotta mixture
1/2 mozzarella cheese

repeat layers

Bake 30 min at 375

or 45 min if assembled early and refrigerated first
