Easy Coconut Slice

Ingredients
1 cup plain flour1 cup of desiccated coconut3/4 cup of sugar1 1/4 cups of milk
Directions
1/ Mix all ingredients together.

2/ Place batter in a greased loaf or sandwich tin.

4/ Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 35-40 minutes.

5/ Turn out cake to cool then cut into pieces.

Makes 8 pieces.
