Frozen Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
1 whole banana1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen*1 cup frozen blueberries1 cup frozen raspberries1 cup soy milk
Directions
Peel banana, break into chunks, and toss in blender. Add everything else. Blend everything well. Serve immediately.

* If using frozen whole strawberries, add them in first with the soy milk and blend. Then add the other ingredients and finish blending. This helps the strawberries blend so you don't end up with big chunks of frozen strawberry in your smoothie!
