Blackberry Sherbet

Ingredients
6 oz vanilla lowfat yogurt1.5 cups frozen blackberries2 tsp Splenda - or to taste

supposed to be 4 servings, but really 3 good ones. I used 3 for nutrition information.

NOTE: the original recipe calls for 1 tablespoon of apple concentrate. I have subbed Bicardi mojito concentrate that adds about 45 calories to the entire recipe, but I think it is fine without either.

Put all ingredients in food processer and whirl until creamy. Pour into individual containers and freeze. OR pour into a single freezer container and seal and freeze.

This is great with frozen cherries, I plan to try it with multiple frozen fruits and yogurt flavors.
