Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 (1.5 oz) box Jello fat free, sugar free, pudding (vanilla or chocolate)
    3 cups fat free milk
    1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip Free
    9 reduced-fat Oreos


Directions

Chop/crush Oreos, in grinder/blender, spread out over 13 x 9 inch pan. Spray with 10 squirts of (any) spray butter, over Oreos (to hold them in place). Combine milk, pudding, and cool whip in bowl. Pour over top of Oreos, and let set up in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Makes about 12 servings. Cut 12 servings from 13 x 9 pan evenly.

*This is a great dessert that allows you to give into that sweet tooth, without going overboard on calories or taste!

    I read the comments before, and actually just put it all in a bowl instead of trying to make a crust--everyone loved it. You could put it into a regular graham-cracker crust or oreo crust too, and freeze it to make a pie. - 12/27/08

    I made this for a "healthy bake off" contest at work - and I WON-$25! I actually doubled the recipe and froze it - a huge hit! Based on others' comments here, I used 2 cups of milk, instead of 3 when I didn't double the recipe. When I doubled it, I used 5 cups total. Delicious! Thanks Ladybugjami! - 3/26/09

    I used a 1.4oz box of ff sf chocolate fudge pudding & the 2 cups of ff milk recommended and it was amazing.
