No Bean Venison Chili

Ingredients
2 pounds ground venison1 46 oz can tomato juic31 14 oz can diced tomatoes1 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes w/green chilis1 large onion, chopped1 large green pepper chopped1 small can chopped green chilis2 packages chili seasoning2 cups wateradditional chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt & pepper, as desired.
Directions
Brown 2 lbs ground venison until no longer pink. Drain any fat. Cook chopped onions and chopped green peppers until limp. Add browned meat to pot. Add tomato juice, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with chilis, 1 small can (about 1/4 cup)chopped green chilis, 2 cups water, and 2 packets chili seasoning. Stir well, cook on low 30-45 minutes. Adjust seasonings to taste, You can add extra chili powder, sprinkle of cayenne pepper, and/or 1 teaspoon of cumin, along with additional salt & pepper, if desired. You can add 1 can chili beans, if you like beans
