Fresh spinch, onion, ginger, flour, water, cooked lentils (3-4 tbs), cooled gobi aloo (30g)
Directions
Mix inngredients in dough, divide into equal portions (8) and roll into chpati and cook on a gridle. Add olive oil if you prefer or butter after cooking.
