Sun Dried Tomato Turkey Meatloaf III

Ingredients
Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 0.25 cup (remove)Sun Dried Tomatoes, .25 cup (remove)Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .25 cup (remove)Spinach, frozen, 0.33 cup (remove)Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)*Emeril's Italian Seasoning, 0.5 tsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp
Directions
Preheat to 375
Mix all ingredients in (first meat, tomatoes, spinach, bread crumbs, egg, onion, and seasonings).
Form into 4 mini loaves.
Spray mini pans with nonstick spray and fill each pan.
Bake 30-40 mins.
