Ingredients
3 eggslice cheese 1/2 small onion1/2 cup mushrooms1/4 green pepper 2 tbs olive oil
Directions
cut onion , mushrooms and green pepper and saute in olive oil until the onion is transparent .
beat the egg and pour in a pan with oil and put the veg and cheese and flip the omelette in half and cook until the egg is cook.
