Sweet & Sour Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 chicken breast, sliced into bite-size pieces1/2 cup jasmine rice2 cups frozen veggies 1/2 cup General Tso stir fry sauce
Directions
Start cooking rice according to directions on package. If using jasmine rice like I did, it will need 15-20 minutes to cook. Start on the chicken while rice cooks.

Slice up chicken breast into small, bite-size pieces. Saute in a bit of olive oi on medium heat.

When chicken is cooked through, add frozen veggies to pan and allow to cook.

When veggies are cooked, measure out stir fry sauce and add to pan. Lower heat to a simmer, and mix sauce with chicken and vegetables for a few minutes.

Serve stir fry mixture over rice. Makes 2 servings.
