Pickled Baby Carrots

1 lbs. baby carrots1 1/2 cups water1 cup cider vinegar1 Tblsp. pickling spices1/2 cup sugar1/2 tsp. salt
Put carrots and water in pan. Cook over medium low heat until carrots are tender. Take carrots out of water. Keep 1 cup of water. Put vinegar, spices, sugar and salt in water. Bring to boil. Add carrots and bring back to boil. Let set until cool enough to put in refrigerator. Keep over night before serving. Makes 5 about 1/2 cup servings.
