Ingredients
1 medium apple1/2 cup Nonfat cottage cheeseCinnamon1 Truvia packet
Directions
Silce the apple with an apple corer or into many pieces.
Mix cinnamon and truvia into 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese. Dip or spoon the cottage cheese on to the apple. Miss ice cream on the HCG VLCD? Here's your answer!

    The original book the diet is based on says nonfat cottage cheese or egg whites can be added if you get tired of meat. Also, his suggestions for HCG diet for vegetarians say skim milk or nonfat cottage cheese. I'm looking forward to making this when I get tired of meat. - 1/3/11

    I read the nutrition statement on Ricotta cheese, it is whey and whey is on this diet, I also read the goat cheese nutrition statement and it is not cow's milk and it's low in fat. - 1/21/11
