Muffin Tin Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 lb ground Italian sausage, bulk2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce2 small eggs3 slices of bread1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup chopped bell pepper1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning1 tsp sea salt1 tsp dry ground mustard1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp. garlic granules (or powder)1/2 cup ketchup (organic has less sugar and carbs)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix all the ingredients together, I use my mixer to help with the stirring. :o)

In two ungreased muffin tin, scoop meat mixture into cups, about 1/4 cup of meat per muffin cup. Cover each meat muffin with a little bit of ketchup.

Bake in oven for about 25 minutes.

Tip: Mix the meat early in the day, to have it ready to go when you get home that evening. This helps the flavors to blend together.
