Jaeger Schnitzel (with Brown Mushroom Gravy)

Ingredients
3 Pork Schnitzels (frozen)3 Tbs butter1 pkg Brown Gravy Mix (fat free)6 large mushrooms (sliced)2 Tbs dry white wine
Directions
Brown Schnitzel in butter in skillet 5-6 minutes each side (but watch for burning). Remove to a plate. Add Mushrooms to skillet and saute in remaining butter. Add white wine and reduce by 1/2. Prepare brown gravy packet as directed then add to reduced wine/mushroom mix. Heat through and then spoon over Schnitzel.
